Matt Kilgore

Born in Orange County, and raised between Huntington Beach, and Carson, California- Matt Kilgore is a guitarist, bassist, and multi-instrumentalist pulling bass duties in NepCali. A musician since he was 12 years old, Matt has contributed his musical flair across a plethora of bands in the Southern California local scene, such as crossover band  Hazardous Terror, progressive metal band Ninja Gandhi, thrash metal band VX, hard rock band Moxy and the Influence, and alternative rock band Dazewing, over the past 15 years. Music has always been Matt’s calling, often times he has felt like it was the only thing that understands him, he has been quoted “It’s probably the only thing I’m good at,” and referring to the stage as his home. Matt also has a not-so-secret love for electronic music.

His current favorite bands are Tigercub, Sick Joy, Black Foxxes, Bad Nerves, and Dead Sara.
